FAQs & Return/Exchange Policy
*COVID 19 Return Policy Update. Effective Immediately. Due to the Covid 19 virus we are no longer accepting any returns and or exchanges. This is for our own safety as well as our supporters. We hope you can understand our position on this and thank you for your support.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase with us. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing email us freese@ladyfreese.onmicosoft.com
Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.

If you place an order on Friday-Sunday your order will be shipped Monday-Wednesday.
***BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY.
***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.
Questions regarding orders must be sent to freese@ladyfreese.onmiscosoft.com. Please include name, order number.
We are responsible for all purchases until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. Please contact USPS and file a claim if your shipping is lost, stolen, missing and or damaged in transit. We are not responsible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned to Freese Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Freese Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Freese Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Freese Beauty will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
